Couple’s Crates are filled with unique, sensual products for couples. Inside your crate, you can expect to find great items like personal massagers, lingerie, lotions and more.
You are charged based on the type of subscription you chose and billed for the corresponding amount with recurring charges as specified in that package.
Couples Crates are sent out on the last business day of every month.
You can upgrade your account by logging in and clicking the upgrade subscription link.
Please contact our customer support within 30 days of the date you expected your crate to ship and let us know yours hasn’t arrived. We’ll figure out where it is or send you a replacement.
Shipping typically takes 5-7 days for Domestic U.S. orders. International orders can take 7-12 days.
Shipping is included in your subscription for $6.99/month.
Login to your account as soon as possible and update your shipping address. You can do this by clicking "Update Shipping" while logged into your account.
If possible, try picking up the crate from the address where it was sent. If you cannot pick up your package please contact your post office to recover your package or request to have it sent back to the shipper.
If for any reason you are concerned about missing, defective or damaged items, please contact customer support. We ask that you do so within 30 days of receiving your package.
If you received an article of clothing that doesn't fit, we will happily exchange it for you. Please contact customer support to start the exchange process.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and clicking the “cancel subscription” link – but why would you want to do something crazy like that?
You can reactivate your account at any time. Just login to your account and click Subscribe. Update your payment & shipping information if anything has changed.
Though unlikely, you may receive an error notice at login if there was an issue while processing your credit card. Please contact your bank or update your payment information in your account. If that does not solve the issue, please contact customer support.
